No weapons or firearms allowed on premises at any time
No Smoking in the building
No smoking within 15 feet of any entrance per City of Chicago ordinance
Persons under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult to enter
Accompany minor children to restroom and remain with minor children for entire restroom visit

External Catering allowed with approved rentals
Attendees will be photographed
Photographs and recordings of persons attending events used for website and marketing
ESO Theater is NOT responsible for loss or destroyed personal items OR electronic devices
ESO Theater is not responsible for bodily injury or harm to guests entering restricted areas
ESO Theater is not responsible for bodily injury or harm taking place on premises of guests
under the influence of alcohol, narcotics and or other illicit drugs
ESO Theater will address and manage unintentional incidents taking place on premises
resulting in bodily injury or harm on a case by case basis
No refund for items and merchandise purchased
Lost tickets will not be recognized
Rental Cancelations:
- 100% Refund with 30 days notice to cancel
- 50% Refund with 29-15 days notice to cancel
- 25% Refund with 14-7 days notice to cancel
- 10% Refund with less than 7 days notice to cancel
